Job Description

Provide technical supports to end users, by performing a question diagnosis while guiding users through step-by-step solutions; provides troubleshooting and technical support via phone, web based tools and email. Advise customers regarding the product’s proper use and address specific user issues.

Job Responsibilities

  • Solutions include, but are not limited to, resolving username and password problems, uninstalling/reinstalling basic software applications, verifying proper hardware and software set up, power cycling equipment, assisting with navigating around application menus and troubleshooting email issues.
  • Interact with customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns, and requests about products and services;
  • Gather customer’s information and determine the issue by evaluating and analyzing the symptoms;
  • Follow standard processes and procedures;
  • Identify and escalate priority issues per Client specifications;
  • Redirect problems to appropriate resource;
  • Organize ideas and communicate oral messages appropriate to listeners and situations;
  • Follow up and make scheduled call backs to customers where necessary

Job Description

The Project Consultant collaborates and effectively engages iRipple clients to ensure that project objectives are met or even exceeded, delivered on time and within budget

The Project Consultant performs a wide range of duties including some or all of the following:

Plan the project

  • Defines the scope of the project in collaboration with senior management
  • Creates a detailed work plan which identifies and sequences the activities needed to successfully complete the project
  • Determines the resources (time, money, equipment, etc) required to complete the project
  • Develops a schedule for project completion that effectively allocates the resources to the activities
  • Reviews the project schedule with senior management and all other staff that will be affected by the project activities; revise the schedule as required
  • Determines the objectives and measures upon which the project will be evaluated at its completion

​Implement the project

  • Executes the project according to the project plan
  • Develops forms and records to document project activities
  • Set up files to ensure that all project information is appropriately documented and secured
  • Monitors the progress of the project and make adjustments as necessary to ensure the successful completion of the project
  • Establishes a communication schedule to update stakeholders including appropriate staff in the organization on the progress of the project
  • Reviews the quality of the work completed with the project team on a regular basis to ensure that it meets the project standards

Control the project

  • Writes reports on the project for management and for funders
  • Monitors and approve all budgeted project expenditures
  • Monitors cash flow projections and report actual cash flow and variance to senior management on a regular basis (monthly/bimonthly)
  • Manages all project funds according to established accounting policies and procedures
  • Ensures that all financial records for the project are up to date
  • Prepares financial reports and supporting documentation for funders as outlined in funding agreements


  • Educational background preferably in the field of Business, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering
  • Experience in Project Management involving the software development life cycle
  • Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies.
  • Communicates Effectively: Speaks, listens and writes in a clear, thorough and timely manner using appropriate and effective communication tools and techniques.
  • Creativity/Innovation: Develops new and unique ways to improve operations of the organization and to create new opportunities.
